Invernadero

With his installation “Invernadero” Martin Schmidt creates an environment for the exhibition “Intervenciones 08” that reacts on both, the expanding occupation of Tenerife through the tourist industry and the traditional agricultural practice of local green houses. He builds an architectural cubic structure out of the plastic fabric used for covering plants that reminds of the typical hotel resorts at site.
